ROME (AP) -AS Roma extended its unbeaten streak to 18 games with a 2-0 win over Udinese on Thursday night in the first leg of the Italian Cup semifinals.
Mirko Vucinic scored in the 12th minute at Stadio Olimpico and Philippe Mexes added a goal in the 40th. Roma is 15-0-3 since a 2-1 Serie A loss to Udinese on Oct. 28.
Inter Milan beat Fiorentina 1-0 in the other semifinal on Wednesday. The return legs tentatively are scheduled for April 14.

MADRID (AP) - Atletico Madrid routed Racing Santander 4-0 in the first leg of the Copa del Rey semifinals.
Simao Sabrosa volleyed in Sergio Aguero's cross in the ninth minute at Calderon Stadium, and Jose Antonio Reyes made it 2-0 in the 40th. Diego Forlan converted penalty kicks in the 63rd and 72nd minutes after Toni Moral fouled Jose Manuel Jurado and Marc Torrejon made a clumsy challenge on Aguero.
The second leg is next week, and the teams meet Sunday in La Liga.
On Wednesday, Sevilla beat Getafe 2-0 in the other semifinal.
