The 2021 Major League Baseball season begins on Thursday, April 1 with a full 162-game schedule.

Prior to the campaign, we've decided to lean on our VegasInsider.com MLB experts handicapping stable to help you with your picks and predictions.

The majority of our experts have responded with the winners of the American and National League, a World Series champion, and the best season win total pick.

Two for Dodger Blue?

The Los Angeles Dodgers held off the Tampa Bay Rays for the franchise's first World Series title since 1988 last fall. The Dodgers owned the best record in baseball in 2020 despite the shortened season, while picking up their eighth consecutive NL West title.

To no one's surprise, the Dodgers are the favorite to win both the National League pennant and World Series championship in the 2021 MLB Future Odds, while L.A. is expected to top the 100-win mark in this season's Win Total Odds.

Bronx Bombing Back

The New York Yankees usually have high expectations to make it far in the playoffs with their loaded roster and gigantic payroll. However, the Bronx Bombers fell short of the World Series in 2020 after losing to division rival Tampa Bay in the ALDS last season.

Behind ace Gerrit Cole and sluggers Aaron Judge and Giancarlo Stanton, the Yankees are expected to be a threat in the American League once again in 2021.

The Yankees are currently listed at +550 to win the World Series and own the highest win total among American League teams at 95.5.

Below is a breakdown from our 24 handicappers polled on their pennant winners and World Series champions for this season.
