Golf Props

Which will be higher?
Super Bowl LIII attendance (as reported by Wikipedia page) -250
Waste Management Phoenix Open attendance (as reported by tournament) +190

We already have a pretty good idea of what Super Bowl LIII attendance will be, as Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta holds 71,000 for football and that number can be expanded to more than 80,000. The Waste Management Phoenix Open had just over 64,000 fans in attendance on Sunday last year.

Two years ago, the number was less than 60,000. It is no surprise that Super Bowl LIII attendance is a solid favorite in this prop. Unless the recent trend in terms of attendance on Sunday for the Waste Management Phoenix Open changes, you have to like the Super Bowl attendance in this prop.

Which will be higher? (No action if player misses cut)
Phil Mickelson total birdies on Sunday -115
Julian Edelman receptions -115

You have to think that Edelman will catch at least five or six passes and it would not be a surprise if he caught as many as ten.

Mickelson has played well in Phoenix in the past, but it probably will take seven or eight birdies by Mickelson for that side of the prop to win and even that might not be enough. I think there is a lot of value in taking Edelman in this prop.

Which will be higher? (No action if player misses cut)
Jon Rahm total birdies on Sunday -110
Jared Goff rushing yards -120

How many yards do you think Goff will rush for on Sunday? It seems a safe bet that he is not going to rush for many, considering he averaged 6.75 rushing yards per game this season.

This is a tricky prop though, because one big scramble and run by Goff would give him enough rushing yards to win this prop. Rahm will probably get at least five or six birdies so it is easy to understand why the line on this prop is close to a pick.

Which will be higher? (No action if player misses cut)
Rickie Fowler score on Sunday -130
C.J. Anderson rushing yards +100

This is another tricky Super Bowl prop wager. Anderson has been really good over the past month, while Gurley has struggled. Anderson is more than capable of putting up at least 70 yards. If you think Anderson is going to have another solid game you would want to take him in this prop.

Fowler’s score is really not what this prop is all about because we know he will score in the range of 65-72. It is all about how many yards you think Anderson will get in the Super Bowl. How many yards he gets may very well come down to how well Gurley plays. If Gurley continues to struggle there is a good chance Anderson will rush for more than 70 yards and that side of the prop would be a winner.

Which will be higher? (No action if player misses cut)
Bubba Watson long drive on Sunday -160
Tom Brady passing yards +125

Watson is almost assuredly get at least one drive on Sunday that is more than 300 yards. Watson hasn’t been bombing his drives as far as you might think though, as he is averaging just 292 yards on his drives this year.

If you think Brady is going to have a big game then you should take him in this prop because you are getting plus money. Brady is the favorite to win the Super Bowl MVP and it would be hard to see him winning the award without throwing for more than 300 yards.
