The first week of the 2019 VegasInsider.com Pro Football Handicapping Challenge has concluded. Through Week 1, SharpSide sports betting app user ‘Teodagod41’ is in the lead with 999.45 units won.

Teodagod41 narrowly edged out fellow SharpSide user ‘mattymofatty’ by less than two units, after mattymofatty finished with 997.97 units won. The two contestants had the same record of 22-10, but the units-won difference of 1.48 units gave Teodagod41 the top spot of the week.

By topping the leaderboard in Week 1, Teodagod41 scored the contest’s first $250 Weekly Prize.

As it’s only been one week for the contest, the current top 10 overall leaderboard of the 2019 VegasInsider.com Pro Football Handicapping Challenge is the same.

Not only did Teodagod41 win the Week 1 prize, but he put himself in pole position in the race for the $750 Halfway Prize (through Week 8) and $5,000 Grand Prize. The Grand Prize will be awarded to the cumulative leaderboard winner at the end of the 17-week pro football regular season.

There’s still plenty of time to compete in the 2019 VegasInsider.com Pro Football Handicapping Challenge, and with a total of $10,000 up for grabs, including weekly prizes, you should be participating each and every week of the pro football regular season. It’s simple and free to play. Each week during the professional football regular season, contestants pick as many point spreads and totals from eligible pro football games listed in the SharpSide sports betting app.

3. After logging in, select a Pick or Picks from the available offerings (game spreads and point totals only)
