Decelerator wins Churchill feature

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) -Decelerator beat Wild Forest Cat by a neck Saturday in the $111,300 Debutante Stakes for 2-year-old fillies at Churchill Downs.
Ridden by Julien Leparoux, Decelerator drew clear of Wild Forest Cat at the head of the stretch, but not without a few bumps. Wild Forest Cat jockey Brian Hernandez Jr. claimed foul but the claim was disallowed.
Decelerator has won both her races, taking home $66,246 from the Grade 3 Debutante to increase her career earnings to $95,671. The D. Wayne Lukas-trained favorite at 4-3, she paid $4.60, $3 and $2.40.
Wild Forest Cat paid $3.80 and $3.20 and Kinsolving returned $3.60.
