2020 NBA Win Total Odds and Results

As we enter the final seven weeks of the NBA regular season, several teams are on a good pace to cash either the ‘over’ or ‘under’ on their season Win Total.

The Westgate SuperBook in Las Vegas released win totals for all 30 teams in the NBA prior to the season as each team has already played close to 65 of their 82-game schedule.

The biggest winner so far has been Oklahoma City, who opened the season with a win total of 32 after an overhaul of its roster with Russell Westbrook and Paul George heading elsewhere in the Western Conference. However, veteran Chris Paul has helped lead the Thunder following a slow start to a 37-23 record headed into March.

The biggest disappointment is Golden State, who had a win total of 47 ½, but an early-season injury to star Stephen Curry to go along with no Klay Thompson and the departure of Kevin Durant spelled disaster. The Warriors made the last five NBA Finals, but Golden State owns the worst mark in the league with a 13-47 record and won’t even threaten 20 victories, much less their win total.

Along with those teams, the Memphis Grizzlies are the only other NBA club to help or hurt win total bettors through three quarters of the season. Rookie Ja Morant and the Grizzlies have gone 32-32 through 64 games and that effort has led to an 'over' winner (27.5) for Memphis

The top six teams in the Eastern Conference are all on pace to finish ‘over’ their season win total as Milwaukee, Miami, Boston, Toronto, Philadelphia, and Indiana have played above expectations. Charlotte was expected to win 23 games according to the oddsmakers, but the Hornets have already picked up 21 victories past the halfway point as they look try to eclipse their total.

Along with the Hornets, there are plenty of teams that are on the cusp to cash before we reach the final month of the season.
