Handicapping/Sports Picks Information:
There is a no refund policy on Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Half Season, and Full Season pick pages. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed information can be easily consumed or copied. Accordingly, it is our policy that once we have provided the information to a customer, the sale is final, and the customer may not return information for a refund or credit. If one of the following situations arise then we will handle each customer inquiry individually, but it may result in a partial refund or switching of experts: handicapper fails to publish plays toward a Daily Pick package; handicapper doesn't post plays for 3 consecutive days or more for an extended package; line movement that results in a significant difference in the odds.

Guaranteed picks are only charged upon graded a winning pick. Losing picks are not charged. No refunds are available on winning Guaranteed Picks. - There are no performance guarantees on Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Half Season, and Full Season pick packages. Refunds will not be provided due to poor predictive performance.

For Guaranteed Pick purchases it is our standard procedure to request a pre-authorization from your credit card company/bank before we process your order. The pre-authorization will confirm that your bank has sufficient funds available. The funds are not actually removed from your account until the game is graded a win. You may see both pre-authorization and the charge on your account, but this is not a duplicate charge. Depending on your bank the pre-authorization may take from 2-10 business days to be removed. At that time, you will have only been charged for the pick if it was a winner.

Gold Memberships:
There is a no refund policy on Gold Memberships.

Requests for Refund from fraud:
Requests for refund due to unauthorized transactions or other fraudulent use of our credit/debit card on will be considered on a case by case basis. As a courtesy, we will work with your credit card company and investigate any claims of fraudulent transactions. If determined that such transaction(s) were most likely made fraudulently using your credit/debit card, we will refund all transactions immediately. In some cases, we may request proof that steps have been taken to prevent such fraudulent activity in the future, such as but not limited to, closing of credit/debit card account used in the fraudulent transaction(s) or issuance of a new credit/debit card by your card provider.

In all cases where claims of fraudulent transactions are received, the account(s) used to make purchase will be FROZEN or CANCELLED indefinitely, and steps may be taken to prevent new accounts to be opened using same user info or attempts to make additional purchases with same credit/debit card.
