Sacramento Kings -1 (-110) @ CHI

The Bulls are having yet another underwhelming campaign, currently positioned 10th in the Eastern Conference standings with a lackluster record of 31-36, however, Chicago’s playoff hopes are still alive and well with just 15 games left to play, considering they occupy the final slot in Play-In Tournament and there’s a decent amount of room for upward movement, trailing both Atlanta and Miami by less than two games.

The flip side of that same coin, though, is the fact that things could also go south for them real fast, and maybe even miss the Play-In Tournament, considering the Wizards and Pacers both trail Chicago by less than two games, and the Bulls have given very little reason to believe that they intend to hold onto that spot.

The Bulls enter Wednesday following back-to-back wins over Houston and Denver, however, prior to their last two contests, Chicago posted a miserable 3-9 skid, while ranking 24th in offensive rating and 19th in effective field goal percentage during that stretch (111.2 ORtg, 53.4% EFG).

While on the other hand, the Kings have been a pleasant surprise all year, currently stationed 3rd in the Western Conference standings with a record of 40-27, and they appear to be gaining steam, having won eight-of-ten games since All-Star Weekend, while ranking 4th in the league in net rating during that span (+7.4 NetRtg).

So, I’ll bak Sacramento to handle business on the road in Wednesday’s matchup against a Bulls’ squad that owns a record of 12-15 since early January.

Mavericks-Spurs Under 227 (-110)

In years past, the pride and joy of this Mavericks' squad has been their defensive play, but that's a far cry from the numbers that they’ve posted throughout this season, considering Dallas ranks 6th in offensive rating and 23rd in defensive rating (116.6 ORtg, 116.1 DRtg), and such imbalance  usually doesn’t bode well for a squad that runs at the second-slowest pace in the league (96.2 PACE).

While on the other hand, the Spurs are terrible at both ends of the floor, currently ranked 29th in offensive rating and 30th in defensive rating, and for most of the year, they’ve elected to turn the vast majority of their matchups in three-point shootouts, surrendering a league-worst 122 PPG on the season.

However, the Spurs have looked much different as of late, despite not playing any better, considering they enter Wednesday having scored 110 points or less in eight of their last ten contests (109 PPG), while also holding their opponent to just 102 PPG or less in three of their last five.

So, I’ll take the under in Wednesday’s meeting between a pair of struggling Western Conference squads that have both scored 110 points or less in three of their last four contests.

Kawhi Leonard (LAC) Over 3.5 Assists

Kawhi Leonard was surprisingly quiet in the passing department during his 38-point performance against New York this past Saturday, as he managed to tally just two assists on the way to a 106-95 victory over the Knicks.

Prior to his latest outing, though, Leonard had recorded 4+ assists in 17 of the Clippers’ last 23 contests, with six of those performances ringing in at 5+ dimes.

So, I’ll back Kawhi to get back on track as a passer in Wednesday’s matchup against a Warriors’ squad that ranks 1st in pace and 2nd in overall scoring on the year (118 PPG, 101.8 PACE).
