  • Opening moneyline: Thunder -238/Spurs +195
  • Opening total: Over/Under 217.5 points scored
  • Time: 8:30 p.m. ET Monday (NBC)

LATEST UPDATE: As of 7:30 p.m. ET, 30 minutes or so before tipoff, the Thunder are -6.5 (-115) in BetMGM's NBA Western Conference finals odds for Game 1. Oklahoma City also opened -6.5 on Friday night.

There's two-way play on the spread, but the moneyline is creating a need.

"We're cheering for the Thunder. Fifty-five percent of moneyline handle is on the Spurs at the plus money. And with our futures book, we would like to see the Thunder end this quickly, maybe in five games," BetMGM trading manager Tristan Davis said.

BetMGM's total is at 221.5, well up from a 217.5 opener.

"We will always cheer the Under, with same-game parlays of big part of life now," Davis said.

SECOND UPDATE: As of 11 p.m. ET Sunday, the Spurs are laying 6.5 points at home in DraftKings Sportsbook's NBA Conference Finals odds for Game 1. That matches Friday night's opening number.

Early spread play is solidly on San Antonio, at 66% of bets/82% of money.

DraftKings' total is at 219.5, already up 2 points from the 217.5 opener. The Over is seeing 81% of early bets/60% of early dollars.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: No. 2 seed San Antonio (70-23 SU/53-38-2 ATS) rolled into the Western Conference finals in convincing fashion. The Spurs hammered No. 6 Minnesota 139-109 as 5.5-point road favorites in Game 6 Friday night.

San Antonio won the series 4-2 to advance.

Meanwhile, No. 1 seed Oklahoma City (72-18 SU/44-45-1 ATS) has been cooling its heels since last Monday, after eliminating No. 4 seed Los Angeles. The Thunder finished off their second straight playoff sweep with a 115-110 win as 12.5-point road favorites.

OKC, the defending champion, is 8-0 SU/5-3 ATS through two series. However, San Antonio is 4-1 SU/3-1-1 ATS vs. the Thunder this season.

DraftKings opened Monday's Game 1 at Thunder -6.5. Check back for updates on NBA Western Conference finals odds and action.

Eastern Conference

Cleveland Cavaliers vs. New York Knicks Odds

CLE @ NYK Odds

  • Opening point spread: Knicks -7.5
  • Opening moneyline: Knicks -270/Cavaliers +220
  • Opening total: Over/Under 215.5 points scored
  • Time: 8 p.m. ET Tuesday (ESPN)
  • Series Odds: Knicks -270/Cavaliers +215

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: No. 4 seed Cleveland (60-36 SU/40-55-1 ATS) and No. 3 seed New York (60-31 SU/49-41-1 ATS) are semi-surprising contestants on the Eastern Conference finals odds board.

The Cavaliers advanced by pummeling No. 1 seed Detroit in a second-round Game 7 on Sunday. Cleveland built a 64-47 halftime lead and ran away even more from there, winning 125-94 as a 4.5-point road underdog.

Cleveland tied Washington for the worst regular-season ATS record, at 33-48-1. But the Cavs are 4-1 SU and ATS in their last five games.

New York has kicked its feet up for a week already, after sweeping No. 7 seed Philadelphia. That was after the 76ers surprisingly knocked out No. 2 seed Boston in the first round.

In Game 4 vs. Philadelphia, the Knicks completed the sweep with a 144-114 blowout as 1.5-point road favorites on May 10. New York is on a 7-0 SU/6-1 ATS run, with six of those wins by 14 points or more, including four by 29 points or more.

For Cavs-Knicks Game 1 on Tuesday, DraftKings opened New York as 7.5-point home chalk. Check back for updates on NBA Conference Finals odds and action.
