How to Read the NBA Most Improved Player Odds

Some would argue the front-runner Julius Randle should be in the MVP discussion, but he seems to be a lock for the Most Improved Award. Both Jerami Grant and Christian Wood were favorites at one point this season, but the inconsistent playing time (along with New York fighting for playoff seeding) has seen Randle flourish over the season.
