DEN @ OKC Odds

SGA and the Joker will be the headliners for this series, but the X-factors in this series will come down to each team’s 2nd through 8th options and whether Denver can hold on against OKC’s depth.

My guess is no, and a big reason for that is because of Jalen Williams.

JDub experienced a breakout in his sophomore season, averaging 19 points per game in 2024. And he built on that and turned in his first All-Star selection this past season, as he’s averaging 21.5 points per game along with 5 rebounds and 5 assists.

Williams has proven to be a capable Robin next to SGA, proving to be one of the league’s best slashers. And against Denver, he’ll be able to exploit that. Without any rim protection, Williams should be able to get to the rim at will. And if Denver chooses to double, the Thunder have enough shooters to make them pay.

In two of his four games against Denver this past regular season, Williams surpassed 26+ points and accumulated at least 8 assists.

There’s certainly blowout potential here, but hopefully, OKC will be a bit rusty to start, and Denver can keep that momentum from Game 7 to keep this one close.

PICK: JALEN WILLIAMS OVER 26.5 POINTS & ASSISTS
