Team Betting Notes

--  Atlanta  (2-8 SU, 3-7 ATS) had just one game in the past week, but it ended like so many others -- with an ugly loss. They were dropped 74-58 by New York  (5-7 SU, 5-6-1 ATS), and the Dream have now lost back-to-back games by 16 points, an each of their past three by an average of 14.7 PPG.

--
Chicago  (6-6 SU, 6-5-1 ATS) has dropped three in a row after their impressive start. They're 0-2-1 ATS during the span, too. After the under went 5-1 in the first six games for the Sky, the over is 4-2 across the past six.

--
Connecticut  (9-4 SU, 6-7 ATS) has slipped in each of the past three outings, including an ugly 43-point loss to rival  Washington  (9-3 SU, 8-4 ATS). The Sun have also failed to cover in each of the past four contests.

-- For the Mystics, they have fired off five consecutive wins and covers, thanks mostly in part to their offense. They have 81 or more points in each of the five outings, and they have hit triple digits twice. The Mystics now lead the WNBA with 86.8 PPG, a 45.7 field goal percentage and 87.5 free-throw percentage while ranking No. 2 in 3-point percentage (35.2 percent). Washington is also No. 2 in scoring defense (73.2 PPG) and 3-point defense (30.7 percent).

-- Dallas  (4-7 SU, 7-4 ATS) has registered a solid 4-2 SU mark over the past six games after an 0-5 start, finding their sea legs after missing Liz Cambage early on. The Wings have also covered three in a row, and five of the past six. The 'under' has hit in nine of their 11 games overall, too.

--
Indiana  (5-9 SU, 7-7 ATS) has dropped four in a row, including the past two games on the road by a total of 27 points. They've allowed 96.5 PPG over the past two games for two overs, and each of the past three.

--
Las Vegas  (7-5 SU, 4-8 ATS) has managed victories in three of the past four outings, although they have failed to cover in three in a row, and five of the past six. The over is also 4-1 in the past five outings for the Aces.

--
Los Angeles  (6-6 SU, 5-6-1 ATS) has picked themselves off the mat and rattled off wins in two straight after a four-game losing skid. It's a return of offense, averaging 90.0 PPG over the past two. The over has cashed in three in a row for the Sparks, too.

--
Minnesota  (6-6 SU, 6-5-1 ATS) has managed to win just two of the past seven outings. However, they're still 4-1 ATS over the past five outings, and the over is 4-1 during the same span.

-- Phoenix  (5-5 SU, 5-4-1 ATS) is finally starting to look like themselves after a slow start. The Mercury have won and covered a season-high three in a row, and they look to keep it going against New York on Friday.

-- Seattle  (8-6 SU, 7-6-1 ATS) has alternated wins and losses over the past four, and they're just 2-3-1 ATS over the past six outings. While the defending WNBA champs can't find any consistency in the win/loss columns, they're consistent on totals. The under is 6-1 across the past seven outings, and 11-3 overall.
