Their offensive production has been a bit down over that stretch, averaging four runs per game. This is below their season average of 4.65 runs per game (7th). Toronto’s bullpen is allowing opponents 4.9 runs per game over their last 10, well above their season ERA of 4.08 (20th). The right-hander Ross Stripling (4-3 3.32 ERA) is scheduled to start for the Blue Jays Friday.  

The Seattle Mariners are currently second in the AL West standings, 13 and a half games behind the Houston Astros for first place. The Mariners most recently swept the Padres in a two-game series and have won seven of their last 10 games. The offense has been their usual self over that stretch, averaging 4.1 runs per game. This is right on par with their season average of 4.01 runs per game (25th). The bullpen has really kicked things up a notch over their last 10, allowing opponents just 2.9 runs per game.
