Duke is the No. 1 seed, followed by Virginia, Miami and North Carolina. All four teams earned double-byes, so they won't hit the 2026 ACC Tournament odds board until the quarterfinals.

2026 ACC Tournament Quarterfinal Odds

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: No. 2 seed Virginia (27-4 SU/15-16 ATS) fared much better than expected in its first season under coach Ryan Odom, hired last March. The Cavaliers enter the postseason on an 11-1 SU run, with the only loss coming at Duke, 77-51 on Feb. 28.

Virginia capped the regular season with a 76-72 win giving 11.5 points at home vs. Virginia Tech. The Cavaliers have struggled to cover the past several weeks, going 3-10 ATS in their last 13 games.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: No. 3 seed Miami (24-7 SU/17-14 ATS) fell to Louisville 92-89 as a 1.5-point home favorite in Saturday's regular-season finale. That ended a 7-1 SU/6-2 ATS run for the Hurricanes.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Top seed Duke (29-2 SU/18-13 ATS) is on an eight-game win streak. That includes an impressive 68-63 victory over Michigan catching 2.5 points in a Feb. 21 neutral-site game.

In Saturday's regular-season finale, the Blue Devils rolled over archrival North Carolina 76-61, but fell short of covering as hefty 18.5-point home favorites. That ended a 5-0 ATS upswing for Duke.
