March Madness odds for the Sweet 16 are starting to take shape. One matchup will be set by Saturday night, and six of the other seven matchups will be halfway set.

So far, No. 1 seed Michigan has secured its spot in 2026 NCAA Tournament Sweet 16 odds. Seven more teams will earn their slots Saturday, and another eight on Sunday.

OPENING ODDS UPDATE: No. 1 seed Michigan (33-3 SU/16-20 ATS) led No. 9 St. Louis 57-53 early in the second half Saturday. Then the Wolverines went on a 32-11 run en route to a 95-72 rout as 12.5-point favorites.

That ended an 0-6 ATS slide for Michigan, which is 6-1 SU in its last seven games.
