Week 10 of the NFL season continues with a meaningful NFC clash between the Commanders and Seahawks. The betting odds see Seattle as a six-point favorite despite getting throttled by Baltimore last week. Coverage begins from Lumen Field in Seattle on Sunday, November 12 at 4:25 p.m. ET on FOX.

Washington Commanders vs Seattle Seahawks

• Opening point spread: Seahawks -6
• Opening moneyline: Seahawks TBA/Commanders TBA
• Opening total: Over/Under 44 points scored
• Time: 4:25 p.m. ET Sunday (FOX)

UPDATE 6:30 P.M. ET FRIDAY: The Seahawks toggled between -6 and -6.5 a couple times this week at BetMGM and are now -6. Seattle is seeing 65% of spread tickets/53% of spread dollars so far.

BetMGM's total opened at 44.5 and peaked at 46 twice by midweek. But it's now back to the 44.5 opener, even with 58% of tickets/83% of money on the Over.

UPDATE 11:30 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Seattle (5-3 SU/4-4 ATS) mustered just a second-quarter field goal at Baltimore in Week 10. The Seahawks got run out of the building 37-3 as 6-point 'dogs.

Washington (4-5 SU/4-4-1 ATS) went to New England as a 3-point pup and exited with a 20-17 victory. The Commanders won on a field goal with under two minutes remaining.

The total climbed a notch tonight from 44 to 44.5 in The SuperBook's NFL odds Week 10 market.

Commanders vs Seahawks Pick, Prediction

Action Network NFL betting expert Brandon Anderson offers this prediction:

This is my favorite bet of the week. I grabbed Seattle -5.5 and love the Seahawks at anything below the key number of seven.  Teams with at least a 60% win rate coming off a 20+ point loss cover 68% of the time, and from Weeks 10 through 15, that leaps to a sparkling 39-6 ATS, an 87% hit rate. Even good teams have bad days. Seattle is good. Trust the good team in a great bounce-back spot.

Don't overreact to the Baltimore loss. The Ravens are really good and it was a bad matchup. Washington's defense is reeling, and with no pass rush to get after Geno Smith, he should have a big game against an extremely vulnerable secondary. Seattle's offensive metrics still look terrific, and Shane Waldron's offense is ready to break out. This could be the spot.
