On Wednesday Apr. 17, 2019, the NFL released the 2019 regular season schedule and within hours of the lineup, a majority of betting shops oepned point-spreads and totals for Week 1.

On Thursday May 16, 2019, CG Technology's chain of sports books in Las Vegas took it one step further by opening point-spreads on the first 16 weeks of action.
