2020 NFL Draft Selections and Betting Outcomes

1. Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals selected quarterback Joe Burrow out of LSU with the No. 1 overall pick, which was expected per his eye-opening odds at -100000. In order to win $100 on those odds, bettors would've had to risk $100,000. Another expensive prop that cashed with Burrow was based on the Bengals choice of offense (-3500) over defense (+1400) with their first selection.

  • Position: OT (3)
  • School: Louisville (1)
  • Conference: ACC (2)

12. Las Vegas Raiders

  • Offense-Defense: 11-9
  • Position: LB (4)
  • School: LSU (2)
  • Conference: SEC (10)

  • Position: WR (4)
  • School: TCU (1)

  • Position: WR (5)
  • School: LSU (3)
  • Conference: SEC (11)

  • Offense-Defense: 14-10
  • Position: C (1) OL (6)
  • School: Michigan (1)
  • Conference: Big Ten (5)

25. San Francisco 49ers (from Minnesota)

The 49ers traded the 31st selection and a couple of fourth-round picks to get move up for the freakishly long Brandon Aiyuk out of Arizona State. He makes 'over' 2.5 Pac-12 players selected a winner.
  • Offense-Defense: 15-10
  • Position: WR (6)
  • School: Arizona State (1)
  • Conference: Pac-12 (3)

26. Green Bay Packers (from Miami)

The Dolphins traded this pick for No. 30 and No. 126, allowing the Packers to pick Jordan Love from Utah State. We'll see how Aaron Rodgers handles potentially grooming a successor who is the fourth QB chosen in the first round, but it's still later than what was expected, so those who bet the 'over' on his draft position prevailed.
  • Offense-Defense: 16-10
  • Position: QB (4)
  • School: Utah State (1)
  • Conference: Mountain West (1)

27. Seattle Seahawks

The Seahawks pick up a tackling machine in speedy linebacker Jordyn Brooks. The 'over' connects on Big 12 players selected in the 2020 first round.

  • Position: LB (3)
  • School: Texas Tech (1)
  • Conference: Big 12 (4)

28. Baltimore Ravens

Baltimore also selects a linebacker who is blessed with excellent speed in LSU's Patrick Queen. He's the first player from LSU ever drafted by the Ravens and is the fourth member from the reigning national champs to hear his name called.
  • Offense-Defense: 16-12
  • Position: LB (4)
  • School: LSU (4)
  • Conference: SEC (12)

29. Tennessee Titans

The Titans were adamant about improving up front and picked 350-pound project Isaiah Wilson out of Georgia. The Brooklyn, NY native helps the 'over' cash on hog mollies selected in Thursday's first round.
  • Offense-Defense: 17-12
  • Position: G (1), OL (7)
  • School: Georgia (2)
  • Conference: SEC (13)

30. Miami Dolphins (from Green Bay)

The Dolphins used their third first-rounder on a corner in Auburn's Noah Igbinoghene. The run on SEC players gives the conference a new single-season record for first-round picks.
  • Offense-Defense: 17-13
  • Position: CB (5)
  • School: Auburn (2)
  • Conference: SEC (14)

31. Minnesota Vikings (from San Francisco)

The Vikings used their second first-round choice on TCU's Jeff Gladney, a physical corner who should compete to start immediately.
  • Offense-Defense: 17-14
  • Position: CB (6)
  • School: TCU (2)
  • Conference: Big-12 (5)

32. Kansas City Chiefs

The defending champs close out the 2020 first round by picking LSU's Clyde Edwards-Helaire, which means the reigning college champs landed five first-rounders and book-ended Thursday's action. He helped those who had the 'over' on running backs selected cash with a last gasp and extended the SEC's single-season record for first-round picks.
  • Offense-Defense: 18-14
  • Position: RB (1)
  • School: LSU (5)
  • Conference: SEC (15)
