Philadelphia Eagles Under 27.5 Points Scored

The Eagles are the lone undefeated team left in the NFL entering Week 10, which is an impressive feat, however, there’s been lots of chatter regarding their underwhelming strength of schedule thus far, and rightfully so, as Philly’s eight opponents currently own a record of 22-36-1 on the season, which at the very least, leaves some doubt regarding the overall merit of the Birds’ triumphant 8-0 start.

Fortunately for the Birds, their schedule doesn’t get any tougher this week, as Philly draws a home rematch against the Commanders on Monday night after holding Washington to just eight points on 240 total yards in a dominant 24-8 road victory back in Week 3.

However, the Commanders have now held their opponent to 21 PTS or less in five straight games (17 PPG), and they’ve surrendered 26+ PTS just one time so far this season. So, I’ll back Philly to fall short of 28 PTS here, as the Eagles scored just 24 PTS in their first matchup against Washington, and I think we’ll see them max out around that same number in Round 2 against a Commanders squad that’s rushed for 125+ YDS in three of their last four contests.

Dallas Goedert (PHI) Over 4.5 Receptions

Dallas Goedert is finally beginning to settle into a rhythm as his first full campaign since the departure of longtime TE Zach Ertz continues to unfold, as Goedert enters Monday’s contest having caught 5+ passes for 64+ receiving yards in four of his last five games, with two of those performances ringing it at eight receptions.

I’ll back Goedert to keep it going here, as he caught just three passes for 24 yards in his first outing of the year against Washington back in Week 3, however, I think we’ll see his usage level continue to rise after catching 5+ passes on 6+ targets in six of Philly’s last seven contests.

Brian Robinson Jr. (WAS) Over 34.5 Rushing Yards

Commanders’ rookie RB Brian Robinson Jr. missed the first four games of the season due to a devastating off the field injury, however, in his five outings since his delayed debut, he’s been productive when given an adequate share of the workload, as Robinson rumbled for 44+ rushing yards on 13+ carries in matchups against the Bears, Packers, and Vikings, but he also carried the ball less than 10 times for sub-25 rushing yards in a pair contests against Tennessee and Indy.

I’ll back Robinson to have another solid night here, as he’s averaged 49.3 rushing yards on 14.5 carries per game across the Commanders’ last four contests, and I expect that level of production to continue against a Philly defense that currently ranks 29th in the league in yards allowed per rush attempt (5.2 YPA).
