Green Bay Packers Under 23.5 Points Scored

The Packers fell short of expectations by a considerable margin during the first half of the season, as Green Bay followed up back-to-back 13-win campaigns with a frustrating 3-6 skid to open the year, primarily stemming from their offense ranking 27th in the league in scoring at 17.1 PPG across that window.

However, Green Bay bounced back in emphatic fashion in Week 10, as the Packers racked up 31 points on 415 total yards in a thrilling come from behind victory over Dallas this past Sunday, which was a matchup they were five-point underdogs in.

The Titans, on the other hand, have successfully ridden the coattail of their defense since Week 3, highlighted by Mike Vrabel’s squad allowing just 15.1 PPG across their latest 6-1 stretch, despite their offense generating just 19.9 PPG across that timeframe.

I’ll back Green Bay to fall short of 24 PTS here, as the Titans enter Thursday having surrendered 17 PTS or less in five of their last six games (14 PPG), and I expect their defense to generate a similar result against a Packers squad that’s scored 22 PTS or less in seven-of-ten matchups so far this season (18.5 PPG).

Derrick Henry (TEN) Over 104.5 Rushing Yards

Derrick Henry was surprisingly quiet in Tennessee’s Week 10 matchup against Denver, as the Titans’ All-Pro RB carried the ball 19 times for just 53 rushing yards en route to a 17-10 victory over the Broncos this past Sunday, marking his weakest performance of the season aside from a 25-yard outing in a blowout loss to Buffalo back in Week 2.

I’ll back Henry to bounce back here, as he carried the ball 22+ times for 114+ yards in four-of-five contests prior to last week’s affair, and I think we’ll see him find a similar level of success against a Packers defensive front that currently ranks 28th in the league in yards allowed per rush attempt (4.8 YPA).

Robert Tonyan (GB) Over 24.5 Receiving Yards

Speaking of guys that were surprisingly quiet last week, Packers’ TE Robert Tonyan made just one catch for eight yards in what turned out to be the Packers’ best offensive performance of the year thus far, as Rodgers and co. erupted for 31 points on 415 total yards in a thrilling win over the Cowboys, despite targeting Tonyan just once in the contest, who currently leads the team in receptions with 39 on the season.

Prior to last week, though, Tonyan caught 3+ passes for 29+ receiving yards in four straight contests (47 YPG, 5.3 REC), with two of those performances ringing in at 5+ receptions for 35+ yards.

So, I’ll back Tonyan to get back on track against a Titans secondary that currently ranks 31st in passing yards allowed per game and 18th in yards allowed per pass attempt (273 YPG, 6.7 YPA).
