Grand Canyon vs Alabama Picks & Prediction

Alabama put together one of its best offensive efforts of the season by scoring 109 points in its first-round win over Charleston.

Most teams would have their top offensive showing with 109 points, but the Tide have busted the triple-digit plateau an amazing 10 times this season.

Grand Canyon is coming off its first-ever tournament win over Saint Mary's in a 74-66 triumph. The Antelopes knocked down 28 free throws in the victory as GCU is 4th in the nation in percentage of points from the foul line.

Alabama couldn't have shot any better than it did against Charleston by converting on 62.2% of its 2-point attempts and drilling 13-of-23 tries from downtown.

Nate Oats has never won a tournament game in his career by less than 13 points, so the pointspread hasn't meant much when 'Bama wins at the Big Dance.
