Oregon vs South Carolina Prediction

Oregon wasn't exactly a lock to get into the NCAA Tournament as an at-large team, but took care of business by beating Colorado in the Pac-12 title game to grab the automatic bid.

The Ducks face a much-improved South Carolina squad that went from 11-21 last season to 26-7 this season. The Gamecocks surprised Tennessee, Kentucky, and Florida in SEC play, while slowing the tempo down to a crawl in each game.

Oregon started Pac-12 play at 5-0 before a 7-8 finish over the final 15 games. The Ducks went 1-5 against the Top-3 teams in the conference (Arizona, Washington State, and Colorado), but posted an 11-3 mark against the rest of the league, who all owned Pac-12 records of .500 or worse.

South Carolina should be able to bounce back here after getting routed by Auburn at the SEC tournament as the Gamecocks were 5-1 ATS this season as a favorite of 5.5 points or less.
