Alec Bohm (PHI) Over 0.5 Hits / Bo Bichette (TOR) Over 0.5 Hits (+109)

Today we’re targeting two young infielders to stay hot in division games. While both of these players' matchups aren't the best on paper, they each have very solid experience against the opposing pitcher and are coming in with some good recent form. Let's start with Alec Bohm facing off against Charlie Morton. Bohm is currently 5-12 in his career against Morton, and his underlying numbers make me like this even more. Morton primarily throws his Curveball/4Seamer, which happen to be Bohms two best pitches by far, batting .358/.345 against them. Bohm is also coming into this game off of the heels of a very solid series, he’s batting .333 over the last week and .309 over his L15 games. He has 1+ hit in 11 of his last 14 games and I expect that to continue today.

Bo Bichette is another profitable young player I’ll be targeting today (very easy to forget he’s only 24 years old). Bo is coming into this game with 1+ hit in 8 of his last 10 games, and started game 1 against Boston with a multi-hit game. While Wacha is definitely having a very impressive season, Bo is currently 4-7 (1 HR) against him in his short career. While Wacha utilizes 4 different pitches, he throws his 4seamer/changeup over 60% of the time, which Bichette hits .288/.317 against this season. Wacha has been cut-throat against LHB allowing a .157 OBA, but has been more reasonable against right handed batters allowing .250. The Blue Jays took down Wacha 7-1 in their first matchup earlier this year with Bichette recording a hit, I think they will continue their success against him today.
