Week 3 NFL odds continue to catch the attention of bettors as the regular season gains momentum. Watch as the Titans and Browns face off at Cleveland Browns Stadium in Cleveland on Sunday, September 24, at 1:00 p.m. ET, with CBS providing live coverage.

Tennessee Titans vs Cleveland Browns Odds

• Opening point spread: Browns -4.5
• Opening moneyline: Browns -185/Tennessee +155
• Opening total: Over/Under 42 points scored
• Time: 1 p.m. ET Sunday (CBS)

UPDATE 10:15 A.M. ET SUNDAY: BetMGM opened Cleveland -4.5 and spent most of the week at -3.5, save for a Tuesday-Wednesday stint at -3. The Browns are now -3.5 (-105), while tickets and money are running 2/1 on the Titans.

The total dipped from 41.5 to 38.5, then this morning went down another tick to 38. Tickets and money are in the 2/1 range on the Under.

UPDATE 5 P.M. ET WEDNESDAY: Cleveland won't have running back Nick Chubb for the rest of the season, after he suffered a gruesome knee injury in Week 2. The Browns lost to Pittsburgh 26-22 as 2.5-point road favorites Monday night.

TwinSpires opened Titans-Browns at Cleveland -3.5 and dipped to -3 after the Chubb injury. Early tickets and money are just shy of 2/1 on the Titans.

"The Titans are off a big win, and the Browns are banged up. The Titans are shaping up to be the trendy 'dog of the week," Lucas said.

TwinSpires' total dipped from 41.5 to 39.5, then inched up to 40 this afternoon. The Under is drawing 60% of early tickets/65% of early dollars.

"We'll need the Over in this one," Lucas said.

UPDATE 9:30 P.M. ET SUNDAY: Tennessee (1-1 SU/2-0 ATS) got stretched to overtime by the L.A. Chargers on a final-seconds field goal that tied the game at 24. But the Titans, 2.5-point home pups, earned a 27-24 victory in overtime.

Cleveland (1-0 SU and ATS) travels to Pittsburgh for the later game among two Monday Night Football Week 2 matchups.

Titans vs Browns Pick, Prediction

Action Network NFL betting expert Brandon Anderson offers this prediction:

Nick Chubb is out for the season after that gruesome knee injury Monday night. The Browns also already lost RT Jack Conklin for the year. Cleveland signed Kareem Hunt, but this elite rushing attack has been badly compromised.

Mike Vrabel is always a good bet as an underdog. As a dog of three or more points, Vrabel is 23-9-1 ATS (72%), including a winning record straight up at 19-14, an absurd 68% ROI on the moneyline.

Kevin Stefanski (34%) and Deshaun Watson (39%) have struggled ATS as favorites.

No one will ever fault you for just blindly betting Mike Vrabel as an underdog of three or longer considering those outlandish trends. The game script sets up nicely. The Titans can run and stop the run, stifling the thing Cleveland does best and ramming Derrick Henry down their throats all game against a beatable run defense.

Home 1-1 favorites coming off a loss in Week 3 like the Browns are 21-42-2 ATS (33%), so teams don't always bounce back like you think. Underdogs of four or less in games with a total under 42 are 81-47-2 ATS (63%) since 2018. Points could be hard to come by, so thank you and take the 3.5.
