Ravens vs. Bills Best Bet

Last season, Allen threw multiple touchdown passes in 10 of 16 regular season games en route to winning MVP honors. However, heading into Week 1 this season, his wide receiver corps is a little bit banged up. He also has a tough test right out of the gate, facing a strong Baltimore defense.

Allen didn't play in any of the team's preseason games this year, which often leads to some rust for quarterbacks in Week 1. Last season in Week 1, quarterbacks who didn't play in the preseason went 1-9 to the over 1.5 on their passing touchdowns, 3-7 to the over on their passing yards, and 4-6 to the over on their team total.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Atlanta Falcons Best Bet

This is one of my favorite game environments on this opening weekend, and I think we get some fireworks in this one right out of the gate.

Over their last 3 meetings, these two teams have combined for 57, 66, and 54 points, and I don't see a ton of additions to either defense that make me think we can't see a similar outcome to kick off this season in Week 1. Both offenses also look strong, with Baker Mayfield taking a huge step last season for Tampa Bay along with Bucky Irving making splash plays as the featured running back, and they added 1st-round wide receiver Emeka Egbuka. On the Falcons side, Michael Penix Jr. had a few games to show what he can do, and the team averaged 32 points in those 3 games.

This will be one I also look for alternate totals to access some higher returns as well, but even if you don't wanna hit the alt market, look for these two teams to light up the scoreboard in Week 1.

Gunnar Helm ATTD (+1500)

The Tennessee Titans were abysmal last season. So much so, they were gifted the #1 pick and secured Miami FL quarterback Cam Ward. However, a draft pick of the Titans' thea flied under the radar is Texas TE Gunnar Helm.

TE has always been a position that served as a safety blanket for the Titans, and I expect that to ring even more true this season as Tennessee tries to get their feet back under them. Gunnar had 5 receptions for 64 yards and 1 touchdown in the preseason, making a strong impression on the coaching staff. I expect him to see more playing time than what people think, and why not trust the rookie to rookie connection?
