The Indiana Fever will head to the West Coast to take on the Los Angeles Sparks on Tuesday night. Tip off is slated for 10:30 p.m. ET from Crypto.com Arena. Coverage will be nationally televised on CBS Sports Network. 

The Fever fell to the Seattle Storm 81-65 on July 17 to extend their losing streak to nine games. NaLyssa Smith had a team-high 15 points and nine rebounds. The Fever haven’t won a game since edging the Chicago Sky 89-87 on June 19.

The Sparks most recently lost 80-68 to the visiting Sky on July 14. Nneka Ogwumike led the Sparks with 16 points. Chiney Ogwumike tallied 14 points, 13 rebounds, three steals and two blocks.

Before July 18, the Sparks (10-14) had the fourth-best record in the Western Conference out of six total teams. The Sparks are both 5-7 at home and on the road. The Sparks have the second-worst point differential in the league (-5.2). 

The Fever only have three players that average double digits in points. Kelsey Mitchell leads the way for the Fever in points (18.6) and assists (4.0). Smith is second on the team in points (13.0) and first in rebounds (8.4). Victoria Vivians is tops in steals (1.2), while Queen Egbo is first in blocks (1.2). 

Going into July 18, the Fever ranked last in field goal percentage (40.3), and second to last in points per game (77.7) and three-point percentage (33.4). Defensively, the Fever ranked last in defensive rating (107.1), points off turnovers (18.5), fastbreak points (12.8) and points in the paint (40.5). 

The Sparks have four players averaging double digits in points. Ogwumike is tops on the Sparks in points (18.3) and rebounds (7.1). Liz Cambage is second in points (13.3) and is third in the league in blocks (1.7). Brittney Sykes averages 10.7 points and leads the WNBA in steals (2.1). 

As of July 17, the Sparks ranked fourth in field goal percentage (.45.2), and seventh in points per game (80.8) and three-point percentage (34.4). Defensively, the Sparks ranked sixth in points in the paint (33.8), seventh in second chance points (10.3) and second to last in defensive rating (105.7). 

The Sparks are favored by 8.5 points, and the over/under is set at 163.5 points. 

The Fever captured their lone WNBA title in 2012, along with three conference titles. The Sparks have three WNBA championships, with their latest coming in 2016. 

The teams split the previous two games this season. 

The Sparks defeated the host Fever 87-77 on May 8. Cambage guided the Sparks with 22 points and 11 rebounds. 

The Fever got revenge with a 101-96 home victory on May 27. Mitchell had a team-best 22 points for the Fever.
