Thursday’s NCAA Basketball Betting Tip Sheet: Pac-12

A two-game sweep of Washington and Washington State at home has moved the Trojans to 8-5 straight-up in conference play. The Buffaloes (20-6 SU, 12-13-1 ATS) have gone 4-1 SU in their last five outings with a 2-3 record ATS. This run started with a 78-57 romp over USC on Feb. 1 as slight 1 ½-point road underdogs.

The total has stayed UNDER in three of the last five games. Tyler Bey ended Saturday’s game with 21 points. The Buffaloes match the Trojans in scoring this season (71.9 PPG) and they are holding teams to 62.2 points a game on defense.

Betting Matchup

After beating Colorado 68-60 at home last Thursday to tie that season series at one game apiece, the Ducks took care business at home on Sunday with a lopsided 80-62 victory against Utah. They covered in both games as favorites after failing to cover in seven of their previous nine contests. Oregon is 20-6 SU overall with a 15-11 record ATS.

The total has stayed UNDER in three of its last four games. Payton Pritchard ended Sunday’s game with 25 points. The senior guard is the team’s leading scorer (19.5 points) this season. Yet, this was the first time he exceeded that average in his last four starts.

The Sun Devils (17-8 SU, 13-12 ATS) are trying to state their case for a berth in the NCAA Tournament with their current SU five-game winning streak. They moved to 8-4 in conference play with Sunday’s 80-75 road win against California. Arizona State narrowly failed to cover the closing six-point spread to slide to 3-3 ATS over the last six outings.

The total has gone OVER in four of its last five games. Remy Martin scored 15 points in 11 minutes to help seal Sunday’s win. He ended up with 22 points in that game. The junior guard is averaging 19.6 points on the year.
