Kyle Schwarber to Hit a Home Run (+300 | BetMGM) vs. (SP: Sean Manaea)
Anytime a slugger with the prowess of Kyle Schwarber has a number of +300 or higher, your eyes have to light up.
If your initial inclination is to question it, that’s totally fair. After all, Schwarber is taking on a lefty in Sean Manaea. However, lefties haven’t been an issue for Schwarber, who has hit 17 home runs and is actually slugging slightly better against the same side (.574 vs. 568 SLG).
Manaea is coming off a career year, but has been battling injuries in 2025. Since his return in early July, Manaea has a 5.15 ERA. Manaea has usually been able to limit power, but that has not been the case of late as he’s given up four long balls in his last four starts.
Ketel Marte to Hit a Home Run (+460 | FanDuel) vs. (SP: Jacob Misiorowski)
Next, we have another slugger in Ketel Marte, who has 23 home runs on the year. Marte has been especially powerful against righties with a .570 SLG, 17 home runs, and a ridiculous 170 wRC+.
He’ll take on hotshot Jacob Misiorowski, who took the league by storm when he was initially called up in June. However, Misiorowski has cooled off dramatically since the All-Star break, as he hasn’t been able to last past four innings pitched in four starts.
Misiorowski is a great pitcher with filthy stuff, but this number feels too long for a hitter as good as Marte.
