As we hit the halfway point of the regular season, the Raiders and Broncos are trending in opposite directions. Since defeating the Patriots on the road in Week 1, Las Vegas is 1-6 SU. On Tuesday, they traded WR Jakobi Meyers – a clear sign that the organization is turning their attention to 2026 and beyond.

Meanwhile, Bo Nix and the Broncos have won 6 consecutive games and are currently in 1st place in the AFC West. Denver is a perfect 4-0 SU at home, with 3 of those wins coming by 8+ points.

JK Dobbins 100+ Rushing Yards

JK Dobbins has only managed 100+ rushing yards twice this season, but it’s worth noting the context of both of those occurrences. The first time was in a 28-3 win over the Bengals in late September. The second instance came in a 44-24 win over the Cowboys.

The recipe for long-tail outcomes for Dobbins rushing yards appears to be tied to game script, with Denver winning by a lot of points being highly correlated with Dobbins having a chance at the century mark on the ground.

On Thursday, Denver is a big home favorite, facing a Las Vegas team that just played 9 minutes and 44 seconds of overtime this past Sunday. This could be another good opportunity for Dobbins to put up solid numbers.

Evan Engram 50+ Receiving Yards

Evan Engram hasn’t managed more than 42 receiving yards in a game yet this season, but his usage had been trending up in a big way prior to posting a dud in Week 9 against the Texans. 

In his previous 5 games, Engram had 36, 42, 42, 33, and 29 receiving yards. He had 6+ targets in 4 of those contests.

When a high-caliber player has a disappointing performance, the team will often make it a focal point early in their next game to get that player involved in the offense. That criteria could apply to Engram in this spot, facing what is likely to be a fatigued Raiders defense. HC Sean Payton is known for not taking his foot off of the gas, either, which could mean some additional opportunities late in this matchup.

Denver Broncos ML

According to ClevTA, there have been 31 teams that have played on Thursday Night Football following an overtime affair on the previous Sunday. Since 2000, those teams are 6-25 ATS, including 3-16 ATS on the road.

This past weekend, the Raiders nearly played a full period of overtime against the Jaguars, leaving only 16 seconds on the clock after their failed 2-point conversion attempt that would have won them the game. In total, the Las Vegas defense was on the field for 77 plays.

Fatigue is likely to be a significant issue for the Raiders on a short week, especially considering that they will be playing at high altitude in Denver. This game could get ugly.n that Baltimore is such a heavy favorite here.
