GAME DAY UPDATE: Ninety minutes pre-kick, Ohio State is -4.5 (-105) in BetMGM's college football Week 15 odds. A week ago, the Buckeyes opened -6, and the line dropped to -5.5 Sunday, -4.5 Monday and -4 Wednesday.
Since then, the line has toggled between Tide -4/-4.5 a few times.
"Bettors are having a good day so far. We will need Indiana to do something, at least cover the 4," BetMGM trading manager Tristan Davis said.
The total is at 46.5, a low point as the number made its way down throughout the week from a 49.5 opener. Still, Davis said BetMGM wants the Under tonight.
LATE WEEK UPDATE: As of 7 p.m. ET Friday, DraftKings has Ohio State -4 in college football conference championship odds. The Buckeyes opened -5.5, went to -4.5 Monday, then made trips to -4 on Tuesday/Wednesday, with no movement since then.
Counter to that movement, though, it's all Buckeyes on the spread, at 77% of tickets/87% of money. Similarly, moneyline action is heavy to Ohio State, at 77% of tickets/69% of cash.
DK's total is painted to 47.5, sitting there since Tuesday morning, after opening at 49.5 and going to 48.5 Sunday. Still, the Over is landing 69% of tickets/68% of money so far.
MIDWEEK UPDATE: The Big Ten Championship Game is seeing no shortage of early action, and with it movement. Borgata Sports opened Ohio State as 6-point chalk, but all the movement is toward underdog Indiana, as of 9:30 p.m. ET Tuesday.
"This game has the most advance handle on it of any of the conference championship games, as you would expect when the No. 1 and No. 2 teams in the country face off," Borgata sportsbook director Tom Gable said. "The Ohio State defense has played tremendously all year, but this will be its stiffest test yet.
"Some limit bets on Indiana at +6 quickly moved this to 5.5, and we're now down to 4.5. This will be a battle of strength on strength: the Ohio State defensive line against the Indiana offensive line, which has been the key to the Hoosiers averaging almost 230 yards per game on the ground."
EARLY WEEK UPDATE: Ohio State opened as 6.5-point chalk Sunday morning at Circa Sports. Right out of the gate, the Buckeyes dipped to -6, then went to -5.5 an hour later.
The nudged from 48 to 48.5 in Circa's college football conference championship odds.
OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Ohio State and Indiana are Nos. 1 and 2, respectively, in the College Football Playoff rankings. So it's no surprise that the two are meeting in the Big Ten Championship Game.
Ohio State (12-0 SU/10-1-1 ATS) is not only undefeated, but also stands as the best spread-covering outfit in the nation. Week 14 only served to affirm that status, with the Buckeyes stuffing Michigan 27-9 as 10-point road favorites.
Indiana (12-0 SU/7-5 ATS) blew out almost every team it met this season, with eight wins of 24 points or more. That included the Week 14 regular-season finale, in which the Hoosiers hammered Purdue 56-3 giving 28.5 points on the road.
DraftKings Sportsbook wasted no time putting up Indiana vs. Ohio State numbers in college football Week 15 odds. The Buckeyes opened as 5.5-point favorites late Saturday afternoon, for a neutral-site clash at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
There's been no line movement as of 11 p.m. ET Saturday.

GAME DAY UPDATE: Virginia has backed up a point today, sitting at -4.5 this morning and now at -3.5. The Cavaliers opened -2.5 and went to -3 Sunday, -3.5 Monday and -4.5 (-105) Thursday.
"We will be cheering for Duke. But really, it's all about whether Ohio State wins or loses," BetMGM trading manager Tristan Davis said.
The total is at 58.5 (Under -115), getting there today after spending the week at 57.5. Davis said the Under is the need tonight.
LATE WEEK UPDATE: With 26 hours until kickoff, Virginia is a 4-point favorite at DraftKings Sportsbook. The Cavaliers opened -2.5 late Saturday night, then advanced to -3 Sunday/-3.5 Monday/-4 Thursday.
Early action is all Virginia on the spread, at 82% of tickets/87% of money. The Cavs are seeing similar play on the moneyline, at 86% of tickets/85% of dollars.
DK's total is painted to 57.5, not moving off that number all week while seeing only a couple juice adjustments. It's currently 57.5 (Over -115), with 58% of tickets/66% of cash on the Over.
MIDWEEK UPDATE: As of 9:30 p.m. ET Tuesday, Virginia has been bet up to a 3.5-point favorite in Borgata Sports' college football Week 15 odds. The Cavaliers opened -2.5 on Sunday.
"Virginia is looking for its first-ever CFP appearance." Borgata sportsbook director Tom Gable said. "While they would be big underdogs to the top teams in college football, this has been a great season for the Cavaliers.
"They have turned around their run game completely from last season and now have one of the best in the conference."
If Virginia wins, it will assuredly get a College Football Playoff bid. The same can't be said if there's a modest upset Saturday night.
"There is a scenario that exists, if Duke wins the game, that the ACC may not have any team in the CFP," Gable said.
EARLY WEEK UPDATE: Circa Sports opened the ACC Championship Game at Virginia -2.5 and stuck there for 2.5 hours before going to -3. The total is steady at 58.5 in Circa's college football Week 15 odds.
OPENING ODDS UPDATE: This is not the matchup the ACC wanted. Miami is the highest-ranked team in the conference, theoretically having the best chance to earn a CFP berth. But it'll be Duke vs. Virginia in the ACC Championship Game in Charlotte, N.C.
Virginia (10-2 SU/8-4 ATS) just needed to beat in-state rival Virginia Tech to reach the ACC final. The Cavaliers did that with ease, rolling 27-7 as 8.5-point home favorites.
On the flip side, Duke (7-5 SU/5-6-1 ATS) required help to get into the ACC title game. First, the Blue Devils had to beat Wake Forest, which they did 49-32 as 2.5-point home favorites. Then Duke needed either Pitt to lose vs. Miami or SMU to lose at Cal.
Both Pitt and SMU tumbled. Among five teams with 6-2 conference records – Miami, Pitt, SMU, Georgia Tech and Duke – the Blue Devils won the tiebreaker, despite their lackluster overall record.
Late Saturday night, DraftKings opened Duke vs. Virginia at Cavaliers -1.5. There was no movement early on.
The fear in the ACC: If Duke wins, then the American Athletic Conference champion and Sun Belt Conference champ would likely finish with higher CFP rankings.
The five highest-ranked conference champions make the 12-team CFP field. Duke could very well finish behind the AAC/Sun Belt champs in the CFP rankings, and the Blue Devils surely wouldn't get an at-large bid, with five losses.
And if Miami doesn't get a bid, then the ACC could be left out of the Playoff altogether.

Georgia vs. Alabama Odds
| Matchup | Spread | Total | Moneyline |
|---|---|---|---|
| Alabama vs
Georgia | +1.5 (-112)
-1.5 (-108) | o48.5 (-112)
u48.5 (-108) | +110 -130 |
- Opening point spread: Georgia -1.5
- Opening moneyline: Georgia -120/Alabama even
- Opening total: Over/Under 47.5 points scored
- Time: 4 p.m. ET Saturday (ABC)
GAME DAY UPDATE: With kickoff in an hour, Georgia is -1.5 (-115) in BetMGM's college football conference championship odds. On Sunday, the Bulldogs opened -1.5 flat and got to -2.5 within a few hours. The line stuck there until going to -1.5 (-115) Friday night.
"Some sharp money on the Tide +2.5. But Alabama outright is our best result. We took a couple big bets on Georgia moneyline today," BetMGM trading manager Seamus Magee said.
The total is at 48.5 (Under -115), moving there this morning after spending all week at 47.5. Magee said the decision isn't noteworthy, though.
LATE WEEK UPDATE: Less than 24 hours before kickoff, Georgia is laying 2.5 points in DraftKings' college football odds conference championship market. That's where the line has been since Sunday evening, after opening at Bulldogs -1.5.
Georgia is netting 71% of early spread bets, but a more modest 57% of early spread money. On the moneyline, 58% of bets/71% of dollars are on the Bulldogs.
DK's total is at 48.5, after spending much of the first half of the week at the 47.5 opener. The Over is seeing 66% of bets/64% of money.
MIDWEEK UPDATE: Georgia is up to -2.5 from a -1.5 opener in Borgata Sports' college football conference championship odds.
"The vast majority of the early money has been on the Bulldogs," Borgata sportsbook director Tom Gable said. "Alabama has struggled mightily to run the ball this season due to a surprisingly shaky offensive line.
"And now their leading rusher, Jam Miller, is questionable to play in the SEC title game due to a lower-leg injury. Georgia has been steady all season, as expected, but obviously not as dominant as in past seasons."
Borgata's total opened and remains 47.5, as of 9:30 p.m. ET Tuesday.
EARLY WEEK UPDATE: Circa opened the SEC title game at pick 'em and again saw speedy movement Sunday morning. Georgia went to -1/-1.5 within 20 minutes and settled at -2 after three hours on the board.
The total, however, was stable at 47.5.
OPENING ODDS UPDATE: Georgia was dealt just one loss all season, 24-21 as 2.5-point home favorites vs. Alabama in Week 5. Now, these rivals meet again in the SEC Championship Game.
The Bulldogs got a tougher-than expected nonconference challenge vs. Georgia Tech in Week 14. But Georgia (11-1 SU/5-7 ATS) finished the regular season with a 16-9 neutral-site win as 16.5-point favorites.
Similarly, the Crimson Tide – who had to win in Week 14 to reach the SEC final – were in a knockdown drag-out at Auburn. Alabama (10-2 SU/7-4-1 ATS) led 17-6 at halftime, but Auburn tied it at 20 with 11:43 remaining in the fourth quarter.
Then the Tide, in a huge fourth-and-goal gamble, went up 27-20 on an Isaiah Horton 6-yard TD catch with 3:50 left. Auburn again responded, driving down the field, but fumbled it away at the Alabama 20-yard line with 33 seconds left.
So 'Bama escaped with a 27-20 win laying 7 points.
For the ACC final, DraftKings opened Georgia -1.5 late Saturday night. There was no movement early.

GAME DAY UPDATE: Forty minutes before kickoff, Texas Tech is 12.5-point chalk in the Big 12 championship game at BetMGM, which is dealing -105 juice on both sides. A week ago, the Red Raiders opened -11.5, then climbed to -12.5/-13.5 Sunday.
The line returned to Tech -12.5 Tuesday.
"We're gonna be rooting for BYU +12.5, but Texas Tech to win. There are plenty of shot-takers on BYU moneyline today," BetMGM trading manager Seamus Magee said.
The total is at 48.5 (Over -115), dipping there this morning from 49.5, after opening at 50.5 last weekend. But Magee said there's not much of a decision on the total.
LATE WEEK UPDATE: Texas Tech is 12.5-point chalk in DraftKings Sportsbook's college football Week 15 odds, as of 5:30 p.m. ET Friday. The Red Raiders opened -11.5 late Saturday night, then went to -12.5/-13.5 Sunday.
Texas Tech stuck at -13.5 until dipping to -12.5 Thursday night. Spread play is mixed on this game so far, with 57% of bets on the Red Raiders and 62% of money on the underdog Cougars.
DraftKings' total has been pinned to 49.5 since Tuesday, after opening at 50.5. The Over is taking 65% of early bets/60% of early money.
MIDWEEK UPDATE: As of 9 p.m. ET Tuesday, Texas Tech is laying 12.5 points in Borgata Sports' college football odds conference championship market. That matches the opening number, but there's been some activity over the past couple days.
"We've seen this number get as high as 13.5, before settling back down to the opening number. There's been early Tech money here," Borgata sportsbook director Tom Gable said Tuesday afternoon. "BYU now finds itself in the middle of the college football coaching soap opera, with Penn State reportedly targeting Kalani Sitake."
However, early Tuesday evening, BYU announced a long-term extension with Sitake. So that distraction is off the table.
"The program is one win away from reaching the CFP, but will be going up against one of the top defenses in the country, with the Red Raiders only giving up 11.25 points per game," Gable said. "The first time these two played, BYU was shut out for 3.5 quarters."
Gable added that there's been early Under 50.5 money, with total nudging to 50.
EARLY WEEK UPDATE: Circa Sports' college football opening numbers are highly respected and often draw early sharp action. That was the case with BYU vs. Texas Tech on Sunday morning in Las Vegas.
Circa opened the Red Raiders -11.5 and shot to -13 within a few minutes. Ninety minutes later, Texas Tech nudged to -12.5, then settled in at -13.
The total didn't move, though, after opening at 49.5.
OPENING ODDS UPDATE: The Big 12 Championship Game is a relatively quick rematch, four weeks after a regular-season clash.
Texas Tech (11-1 SU/10-2 ATS) has been stout on the field and solid for bettors, as well, tied for the nation's second-best spread-covering record. In Week 14, the Red Raiders wiped out West Virginia 49-0 as hefty 24.5-point road favorites.
Texas Tech is on a 5-0 SU and ATS run, which followed its lone SU loss of the season, at Arizona State. Among those five wins: a 29-7 bashing of BYU laying 13.5 points at home in Week 11.
BYU (11-1 SU/9-3 ATS) has also been a great bet all season while reaching the Big 12 Championship Game. Following the loss at Texas Tech, the Cougars posted three straight routs (3-0 ATS). In Week 14, the Cougars downed UCF 41-21 giving 17.5 points at home.
Late Saturday afternoon, DraftKings Sportsbook opened Texas Tech as 11.5-point chalk vs. BYU, for a neutral-site contest at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. As of 11 p.m. ET Saturday, there's been no line movement in college football conference championship odds.
