The total opened at 44.5 and is currently 44.5 (Under -115). Tickets and money are approaching 3/1 on the Over.

UPDATE 3:30 P.M. ET MONDAY: Michigan is perfect on the field and perfectly imperfect against the oddsmakers. The Wolverines (3-0 SU/0-3 ATS) breezed by Bowling Green 31-6, but fell well short of cashing as 40.5-point favorites.

Rutgers is perfect in both measures, at 3-0 SU and ATS. In Week 3, giving 6.5 points against Virginia Tech, the Scarlet Knights rolled to a 35-16 home victory.

Michigan is already down to -24 at Caesars Sports.
