It's been six up and six down for the Orange of Syracuse, as head coach Dino Babers has finally brought this team back to respectability, and then some. Syracuse picked up a 24-9 win over NC State last week in a high-profile game and battle of top-25 teams, although the Orange did have the benefit of not having to face QB Devin Leary. Now, we'll get a very good idea of just what to expect from 'Cuse.

The Tigers of Clemson fought to a 34-28 win at Florida State, cashing the OVER for the fourth time in five games while cashing against the number for the third consecutive outing. In four games on the road or at a neutral site, the Tigers are 3-1 ATS, while splitting the OVER-UNDER 2-2.

Clemson leads the all-time series 8-2, including victories in each of the past four meetings. Clemson received quite the scare last season at the JMA Wireless Dome in Syracuse, 17-14, and three of the previous five meetings have been one-score games. Syracuse picked up the 27-24 win on Oct. 13, 2017 in a Friday night game, stunning then-No. 2 Clemson at home, so the Orange have been a real thorn in the side of head coach Dabo Swinney's bunch for a while now.

After a down year by its standards, Clemson is back, competing for a national title. The Tigers have covered in each of the past three outings after going 1-3 ATS in the first four contests.

Clemson has scored 30 or more points in all seven wins, and that will be put to the test against a good Syracuse defense.
