Danny Green (PHI) Over 1.5 1Q Points + Joel Embiid(PHI) Over 1.5 1Q assists +380

Matchup: Philadelphia at Toronto (NBA League Pass, 7:30 p.m. ET)

Today's slate of first-quarter offerings arent quite as appealing, but I think we found some deeper odds that are worth a sprinkle. Correlation is critical for making the same game parlay worthwhile, and that's exactly what we have here. Danny Green mostly serves as a spot-up shooter these days, meaning most of the baskets are gonna be assisted on by his teammates. Embiid is one of the highest usage players in basketball, and when playing Toronto earlier this year, had 2 assists in both games. With their defensive scheme, they were able to limit Embiid in the scoring department, and I think he looks to pass a bit more today. Green is re-entering the starting lineup today, in his last 10 games with 6+ first quarter minutes hes gone over in 7 of those. Risker, but I like the odds.

Joel Embiid (PHI) Steals + Fred VanVleet (TOR) Over 3.5 1Q points -125

Matchup: Philadelphia at Toronto (NBA League Pass, 7:30 p.m. ET)

The trend that really stuck out to me the most was Fred VanVleet going from 8-9 first-quarter minutes to playing the full 12 minutes over his last 5 games. He's hit this number in 3 of those 5 games including a 17 point game. In two games against the 76ers this year he has 4 and 15 first-quarter points. Thybulle, the 76ers best perimeter defender is also out for this game. Embiid has a steal in 9 of his last 12 games against Toronto, including both games this year. He also has been very consistent with a steal in 19 of his last 25 games, playing 40+ minutes recently.
