After Rihanna’s Halftime Show, VegasInsider conducted a survey representative of the US population to find out who they would like to headline the 2024 halftime show, which is set to take place next year at the Allegiant Stadium in Nevada.
MOST WANTED HEADLINER FOR THE 2024 HALFTIME SHOW
The survey respondents were asked to choose their most preferred choice for the headliner of the 2024 Super Bowl halftime show. Taylor Swift came out on top with 11.69% of the votes, followed by Adele with 8.94% of votes and Justin Bieber in third place with 4.56% of votes. The top 15 choices can be found below:
MOST WANTED 2024 HEADLINER BY DIFFERENT GENERATIONS
When looking at the most wanted headliners by generations, Taylor Swift came out on top for Silent Generation, Baby Boomers, Gen X and Gen Z, while Adele was the most popular choice by Millenials.
“Taylor Swift is clearly the most wanted headliner for next year’s halftime show. She is the number one choice by everyone from Silent Generation to Gen Z, which is only a testament to her popularity and longevity in the music industry,” says a VegasInsider spokesperson.
“The second most popular choice across generations is Adele who admitted in the past that she had turned down the halftime show,” says a VegasInsider spokesperson. “However, Adele’s residency in Las Vegas has turned out to be an amazing success and she can put on a great show, so it wouldn’t be a surprise if the NFL reached out to Adele for the 2024 halftime show.”
MOST WANTED 2024 HEADLINER BY NFL TEAMS FANS
Taylor Swift is also the most popular choice by the largest number of NFL teams fans: 14, followed by Adele, who is the most wanted headliner of 7 NFL teams fans. In 2024, the Super Bowl is set to take place at the Allegiant Stadium, the home stadium of the Las Vegas Raiders ; Taylor Swift was the number one choice of the Raiders’ fans.
