2022 Baltimore Ravens Betting Odds, Picks & Predictions

2022 BALTIMORE RAVENS BETTING ODDS, PREDICTIONS, PREVIEW

After winning 10+ games and making the playoffs in three consecutive seasons, Baltimore finished dead last in the AFC North last year despite posting an impressive 6-2 SU start, as the Ravens dropped seven of nine contests to close the regular season (8-9 SU), which primarily stemmed from the five-game absence of QB Lamar Jackson.

Baltimore wasn’t just banged up at the quarterback position though, as several other key contributors were forced to miss time such as LT Ronnie Stanley, CB Marlon Humphrey, CB Marcus Peters, RB J.K. Dobbins, and RB Gus Edwards, which ultimately led to the Ravens’ demise last year.

The Ravens should be much healthier this year, however, Baltimore parted ways with WR Marquise Brown during the offseason, which doesn’t seem like a massive loss at face value, but the weight added to the shoulders of All-Pro TE Mark Andrews cannot be understated; and it’ll be interesting to see if a receiving core led by WR Rashod Bateman, WR Tylan Wallace, and a small crew of undrafted rookies can provide enough balance offensively to help them reclaim elite stature.

WIN TOTAL ODDS

  • Over 9.5 (-140)
  • Under 9.5 (+110)

The Ravens’ win total is set at OU 9.5, with the over (-140) coming in as a slight favorite against the under (+110) at most shops. The Ravens went 8-9 SU last year and didn’t make any significant offseason acquisitions, so this line may come as a surprise for some folks. However, I also lean with the over, as the Ravens posted 10+ wins in three straight seasons prior to last year, and they probably would’ve eclipsed that number a fourth straight time if Lamar didn’t miss five games due to injury last season.

BALTIMORE RAVENS ODDS TO WIN AFC NORTH

+200

The Ravens are listed at +200 to win the AFC North, which is deadlocked with the Bengals (+200) and Browns (+200) for the best odds to win the division, while the Steelers (+850) trail by a sizable distance.

The AFC North race typically stays tight all the way through the final week of the season, and this year probably won’t be any different; but the Ravens and Browns still strike me as the best teams in this division, and Baltimore opens against the Jets and Dolphins this year, so +200 might be the best division price you get on the Ravens.

BALTIMORE RAVENS ODDS TO WIN AFC CHAMPIONSHIP

+1100

Baltimore is listed at +1100 to win the conference this year, which is also deadlocked with Cincinnati (+1100); however, trails Cleveland by a short margin on this list (+900), with the uncertainty surrounding Browns QB Deshaun Watson drawing a somewhat cautious line from the oddsmakers.

BALTIMORE RAVENS ODDS TO WIN SUPER BOWL 57

+2000

The Ravens and Bengals also wield the same Super Bowl odds at +2000, sandwiching them between the Browns (+1800), Cardinals (+2500), Colts (+2500) in that department.

BALTIMORE RAVENS 2022 MVP CONTENDERS & ODDS

Lamar Jackson (QB) +2200

After missing nearly a third of last season, Lamar enters this season with +2000 odds to receive this year’s MVP honors. Personally, Jackson isn’t my pick to win MVP, but if you think lightning might strike twice for Baltimore’s QB, +2000 is an intriguing price tag for someone recently proven capable of winning the award.

BALTIMORE RAVENS TO MAKE PLAYOFFS ODDS

Make Playoff?: Yes (-130) | No (+100)

The Ravens might not be a lock to win the AFC North, but they are still a very good football team with Super Bowl potential when everything is clicking for them; and while I personally will not be backing Baltimore to deal any serious damage in the postseason, I still expect them to punch their ticket to the playoffs with relative ease.
