Philly opened up a 3-0 series lead on the No. 5 Toronto Raptors in the opening round of this season’s NBA playoffs. It went on to close things out in six games as a solid series favorite. Against the top-seeded Heat, the 76ers will open the Eastern Conference semifinals as +285 underdogs on the series price. Miami’s series price odds to win are set at -355.

The Heat faced the No. 8 Atlanta Hawks in their opening round matchup. They closed out the Hawks in five games while going 3-2 against the spread. The total stayed UNDER the closing line at BetMGM in all five games.

Philadelphia’s backs will be against the wall from the start against Miami. MVP candidate Joel Embiid will be out for the first two games in Miami with a fracture in his face. Kyle Lowery has already been ruled as out.

The Sixers open this series at 5-2 ATS in their last seven games but just 2-6 ATS in their last eight road games. Miami is 9-3 ATS in its last 12 games against Philadelphia. The total has stayed UNDER the closing total line in four of the last five meetings. BetMGM has set the total at 208.5 points for Monday’s game.
