CAESARS ANNOUNCES NEW SPORTSBOOK AT THE HORSESHOE CASINO BALTIMORE

The Horseshoe Casino Baltimore from Caesars Entertainment is getting ready for the Maryland sports betting launch. It will be launching a new sportsbook and sports bar on the facility’s first floor. The South Baltimore facility at the Horseshoe Casino Baltimore has a vacancy where Guy Fieri’s Baltimore Kitchen & Bar once stood. This space will be taken over by The Brew Brothers and Caesars will also open the casino’s Caesars Sportsbook in the adjacent area. Baltimore general contractor Mahogany Inc. is working on both concepts, which are under construction.

Some time later this fall, The Brew Brothers will see its opening. Meanwhile, the Caesars Sportsbook’s launch date is dependent on Maryland’s regulatory review process and should be announced later.

The Carano family created The Brew Brothers back in 1995 in Reno, Nevada at the Eldorado Resort Casino. Nightclub & Bar Magazine has named it the best Brewpub in the country.

The new venue from The Brew Brothers will have handcrafted cocktails as well as a large list of local draft beers. They will also have options for food that includes wings, ribs, salads, custom burgers, tacos, specialty pizzas, pastas, and desserts. This location will be run by Samantha Love, the Horseshoe Baltimore Executive Chef, as well as Anthony Copeland, The Brew Brothers Chef. The general manager for the restaurant will be Lisa Koerner.

The Brew Brothers will need sixty new employees to be hired by the Horseshoe Casino Baltimore to staff the sports bar. To entice new employees, the casino will be giving employees who stay on for more than ninety days a $500 signing bonus.

The new Brew Brothers location will be able to seat 250 patrons total indoors as well as on the outdoor patio. In addition to the numerous televisions that the location will have, it will also have two areas for private group parties known as fan caves.

The president and chief operating officer of Caesars Entertainment, Anthony Carano, expressed his excitement at the opening of The Brew Brothers at the casino. He is excited about the food they will be able to offer as well as the collaborations they will have with four local brewers.

These brewers: Union Craft Brewing, DuClaw Brewing Company, Diamondback Brewing Company, and Checkerspot Brewing Company will bring 24 draft beer options that are popular in the area to the location. He also feels that The Brew Brothers will be a big draw for sports fans during this football season.

The Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Horseshoe Baltimore, Randy Conroy, feels that every great sportsbook needs fantastic food and drinks. He feels that as Maryland sports betting nears its launch, bringing The Brew Brothers sports bar and restaurant to the casino will make it a great destination for sports fans and interested bettors.

The Horseshoe Casino Baltimore facility has seen a few high profile restaurant closures in the past year and a half. These include GDL Italian by Giada, Guy’s Bar-B-Que Joint, as well as Lenny’s Deli.
