1. ELIGIBILITY:
This Promotion is only open and applicable to legal residents of the state of New Jersey within the United States who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry ("Entrant"). Employees of the Sponsor or any of its subsidiaries, directly or through intermediary companies, anyone connected with the production or distribution of the Promotion and the immediate family members (meaning spouses, parents, siblings, and children living in the same household) of the individuals set forth above, are not eligible to enter or be awarded a prize. Participation in the Promotion is open from 04/13/2021 and ends on 06/13/2021 (the "Entry Period").

Method #1 Survey entry: During the Entry Period you may opt to participate in a survey associated with this Promotion, follow this link to the survey and complete the survey online. Once at the survey, you should complete the questions provided. The length of time required to complete the survey will vary from approximately 5-10 minutes. LIMIT ONE (1) SURVEY ENTRY PER PERSON / EMAIL ADDRESS. The Entrants’ answers to the survey will be used to gain a deeper understanding of the New Jersey betting population and will also be used in order to determine the winner(s) of The 2022 US Bookmakers Award.
