UPDATE 4 P.M. ET MONDAY: Wisconsin had a middling 2022 season that ended on a high note, as it finished 7-6 SU/6-7 ATS. In the Guaranteed Rate Bowl, the Badgers closed as 5-point favorites and beat Oklahoma State 24-17.
Buffalo also went 7-6 SU last season (7-5-1 ATS). The Bulls wrapped up with a 23-21 victory as 5.5-point pups against Georgia Southern in the Camellia Bowl.
The Buffalo-Wisconsin line steadily climbed throughout the summer. This afternoon, the number went from Badgers -27.5 to -28 at Caesars. The total is down 2 points to 54.5, sitting there since Aug. 16.
