UPDATE 4 P.M. ET MONDAY: Southern Cal (1-0 SU, 1-1 ATS) let San Jose State hang around for a half in Week 0, with USC up 21-14 at the break. Then the Trojans turned on the jets en route to a 56-28 victory.

However, USC failed to cash as hefty 31-point chalk.

Nevada, playing its 2022-23 opener, had a dismal campaign last year. The Wolf Pack were 2-10 SU/4-8 ATS, finishing the season on an 0-10 SU nosedive (2-8 ATS).

When Caesars Sports first posted this game May 20, the Trojans dropped 3 points to -35.5 within a couple hours. However, the line has been at USC -38 since June 12. The total is out to 66.5, with 2.5 points of that shift coming in one shot on Sunday.
