UPDATE 1:30 P.M. ET SATURDAY: Utah QB Cameron Rising is not expected to start today against UCLA Rising suffered a torn ACL in the Rose Bowl last season and still hasn't played this season.

Expectations of Rising sitting out helped take this line to from Utah -5 to -3.5 by Friday. TwinSpires Sportsbook is now at Utes -3. Ticket count is almost dead even, while money is 2/1 on the Bruins.

"Sharp play on UCLA +5," Lucas said.

The total opened at 51.5, peaked at 52 and is now 51. The Over is drawing 60% of tickets/58% of money.

UPDATE 12:30 P.M. ET FRIDAY: This line has bounced around a fair amount this week at Fanatics, after opening at Utah -5. On Monday, the Utes dipped to -4.5, then on Thursday climbed to -5/-5.5/-6. Moments ago, Utah backed up to -5.5.

Ticket count is 2/1 and money 4/1 on the home favorite Utes.

Fanatics' total initially nudged down from 51.5 to 51 Monday, but it's been at 52.5 since Wednesday. Betting splits are rather interesting: 73% of tickets on the Over/91% of money on the Under.

UPDATE 3:30 P.M. ET MONDAY: UCLA is among eight Pac-12 teams in the latest Top 25 rankings, in a banner season so far for the otherwise crashing conference. In Week 3, the Bruins (3-0 SU/2-1 ATS) pounded FCS foe North Carolina Central 59-7 giving 35.5 points at home.

Utah is yet another ranked Pac-12 outfit. The Utes (3-0 SU/1-1-1 ATS) topped Weber State 31-7 in Week 3, but didn't cover the 26.5-point spread.

Bettors appear to be hitting the Bruins early in Caesars Sports' college football Week 4 odds market. The Utes are already down 1.5 points to -4.5.
