2026-27 NFL Rookie Of The Year Odds: Boston, Love Lead The Way
NFL Rookie of the Year odds for 2026-27 are starting to percolate, as the regular season reaches Week 6.

Over the summer, No. 1 overall pick Fernando Mendoza and No. 3 pick Jeremiyah Love were atop 2026 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year odds. Now, it's Denzel Boston as the favorite, followed by Love.

2026-27 NFL Rookie of the Year Odds
NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year Odds
LATEST UPDATE: NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year odds started taking shape after the April 23-25 NFL Draft. At that time, the Las Vegas Raiders took Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza with the No. 1 overall pick.
That was after Mendoza led Indiana to a perfect 16-0 season and the national title. However, Mendoza continues to back up Kirk Cousins, with the Raiders off to a decent 3-2 start.
Two selections later, the Arizona Cardinals nabbed Notre Dame running back Jeremiyah Love. BetMGM's Offensive Rookie of the Year odds went up with Love the +300 favorite and Mendoza the +400 second choice. In the preseason, they were co-favorites at +400.
But through five weeks, it's Cleveland Browns wideout Denzel Boston making the biggest impression on oddsmakers. Boston (16 receptions/330 yards/3 TDs) opened at +3000 and is now the +200 favorite in BetMGM's Rookie of the Year odds.
Right on Benson's heels is Love at +220. Love has 67 carries for 245 yards and a touchdown, and he has one TD catch, as well.
Tennessee Titans wideout Carnell Tate is the +550 third choice, after opening at +700. Tate has 23 catches for 274 yards.
No other player is shorter than +2000. Seattle Seahawks running back Jadarian Price was a hugely popular preseason play, after Kenneth Walker III moved on to the Kansas City Chiefs. Price opened +1100 and was +850 preseason.
But he's currently on IR, missing the last two games with a chest/rib injury. In the three games Price played, he had 28 carries for 119 yards, with two fumbles. He's now a +10000 (100/1) long shot in odds to win NFL Rookie of the Year.
However, due to an offseason/preseason push, Price is tied for the ticket-count lead at BetMGM, joined by Love. But Love is the runaway money leader, taking 2.5 times more than No. 2 Price.
Even as the favorite, Boston is just eighth in tickets and sixth in money.

Stribling, a wideout with the San Francisco 49ers, suffered a Week 1 ankle injury that required surgery. So he's off the board altogether. Beck is the third-string QB for Arizona and is +4000, while sitting as BetMGM's largest liability.

NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year Odds
Edge rusher David Bailey was drafted No. 2 overall by the New York Jets, after a standout season at Texas Tech. Bailey then opened as the +450 favorite in BetMGM's 2026-27 NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year odds.
With five games played, Bailey has shortened to the +190 favorite. He's already got five sacks, fourth in the NFL, among his 17 overall tackles, along with one forced fumble.
Miami Dolphins linebacker Jacob Rodriguez is the +333 second choice, followed closely by New York Jets linebacker Arvell Reese at +375. Rounding out the top five are Washington Commanders linebacker Sonny Styles (+1000) and Kansas City chiefs cornerback Mansoor Delane (+1800.)
Dallas Cowboys safety Caleb Downs is No. 1 in ticket count. But after opening +850, Downs is out to +3000. Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker Rueben Bain Jr. leads in money for NFL Rookie of the Year odds, but he's now +5000 after opening at +550.
