Before you bet, check out VI's Patriots vs. Seahawks Super Bowl Predictions!
GAME DAY UPDATE: Ninety minutes before kickoff, Seattle is a 4.5-point favorite in BetMGM's odds for Super Bowl 60, with -105 juice on both sides. Two weeks ago, the Seahawks opened -4 and quickly advanced to -5.
But the number went to Seattle -4.5 on Jan. 26, and it's been painted there ever since.
"We will need the Patriots to win. If the Seahawks cover, they may as well go right on with it and win by a big margin, without the total going Over," BetMGM trading manager Tristan Davis said.
The total is at 45.5 (Under -115), just of the 46 opener and the early high point of 46.5. It's been at some iteration of 45.5 since Jan. 29.
SEVENTH UPDATE: The SuperBook has Seattle as 4.5-point chalk once again, as of 4 p.m. ET Saturday, dealing -105 juice on both sides. And -4.5 is where the Seahawks spent most of the first week in Super Bowl 60 odds, quickly moving up from the -4 opener on Jan. 25.
However, on Jan. 31, Seattle advanced to -5 and stuck there much of this past week, before returning to -4.5 on Friday.
"We need the Patriots," SuperBook vice president John Murray said. "Overall, most of the bets are on Seattle, and most of the bigger bets are on Seattle. And we have a great futures position on New England."
Murray noted some high-roller customers have inquired about larger wagers, already wiring in money to make those plays, though they haven't pulled the trigger yet. And a couple of those bettors told him they'd be backing the Seahawks, as well.
"I really don't see a way around us needing the Patriots tomorrow. I'd be really surprised if we're not rooting for New England," Murray said.
The SuperBook's total has been at 45.5 since Monday, after opening at 46.5 and making stops at 46/45.5 before bottoming out at 45 on Sunday.
"Some sharps groups are on the Under. That means nothing to me. Those groups bet Under on the Super Bowl every year," Murray said. "We will need it to go Under, because an Under result correlates better with good prop bet results.
"That's the main reason we want the result to go Under."
SIXTH UPDATE: Boomer's Sportsbook is the latest entry into the Nevada market, as an independent shop that opened in August. But Boomer's has a name brand as head of trading: Longtime Vegas bookmaker Nick Bogdanovich.
The Seahawks are painted to -4.5 at Boomer's, with no movement on the spread since Super Bowl odds went up on Jan. 25.
"Early action indicates we will be Patriots fans," Bogdanovich said. "We took a decent-size bet on Seattle moneyline -220. And most of the action at 4.5 is on Seattle.
"Obviously, the last 48 hours will dictate who we need. But I'm pretty confident it will be New England."
The moneyline bet Bogdanovich alluded to was for $180,810, to win $82,186.36, made on Jan. 29.
Boomer's total opened at 46 and made a stop at 45.5 before going to 45 Tuesday.
"We took a decent bet on Under 46. We'll probably need the Over. Even the public [bettors], who blindly bet the Over, realize how good these two defenses are," Bogdanovich said.
FIFTH UPDATE: Station Sports, a longtime sportsbook operator in the Las Vegas market, is seeing plenty of money flow on 2026 Super Bowl odds. As of 3:30 p.m. ET Wednesday, Station has the Seahawks at -4.5, matching the opener.
On Jan. 25, the Seahawks quickly went from -4.5 to -5, but almost as quickly reverted back to -4.5. Station Sports' Chuck Esposito said 67% of tickets are on Seattle, and even with some big New England plays, the book wants the Pats at the moment.
"Larger six-figure wagers have [come in] on the Patriots +5 and +4.5," Esposito said. "Our best-case scenario as of now would be the Pats covering or winning the game outright. Although we've only scratched the surface of what overall handle will be on the game.
"So a lot can change."
Station's total is at 45.5 from a 46.5 opener, 72% of tickets on the Over.
"Ticket count clearly favors the Over. But the larger five-figure wagers have been on the Under," Esposito said.
The Big Game now has five bets of $1 million or more. Much more on Super Bowl 60 Bets!
FOURTH UPDATE: As of 7 p.m. ET Monday, Seattle is a steady 4.5-point favorite in Hard Rock Bet's Super Bowl 60 odds. That matches the opener, and the Seahawks briefly touched -5 last week.
The Seahawks are netting 69% of spread bets/70% of spread dollars thus far. Moneyline play is two-way, with 54% of bets on New England/54% of cash on Seattle.
"Overall, the market has remained relatively stable," said Neil Walsh, senior vice president-sportsbook for Hard Rock Bet. "Despite Drake Maye being listed as questionable three days ago, there has been minimal impact on pricing."
Maye landed on the injury report due to illness and a right shoulder issue. But he's fully expected to play Sunday.
Hard Rock's total is down to 45.5 from a 46.5 opener, with 66% of bets/55% of money on the Under.
Action in all markets has been steady so far, though the overwhelming majority of money has yet to arrive.
"We anticipate that roughly 90%-plus of total handle will be placed in the days leading up to Sunday," Walsh said.
THIRD UPDATE: DraftKings Sportsbook primarily attracts the public betting masses, while Circa Sports is known for welcoming sharp play, taking on all comers. So with one week until kickoff, it's a worthwhile pursuit to see where each book is at on Super Bowl odds.
On Jan. 25, DraftKings had the lowest opening number, at Seahawks -3.5, then quickly ran out to -4.5. Since last Monday, Seattle hasn't moved off -4.5 (-115).
As of 1 p.m. ET Sunday, spread play at DK is solidly on Seattle, at 67% of bets/74% of money. Moneyline play, however, is much closer, with actually a slight lean toward New England in bets and dollars. The Patriots are currently +190 and the Seahawks -230.
Circa Sports opened at Seahawks -4.5, went to -5 right away, then last Monday returned to -4.5. Spread ticket count exactly matches DK, at 67%, but spread money is almost even at Circa, with 52% on Seattle.
And on the moneyline, 58% of bets are on the Seahawks, while 72% of money is on the Pats. Circa's moneyline is at Seattle -220/New England +190.
Circa's total just got to its low so far of 45, after opening at 45.5, going to 46 Monday and back to 45.5 Thursday. The Over is getting 63% of bets/78% of money.
DraftKings' total has been at 45.5 since Monday afternoon, after opening 46.5. The Over is seeing 54% of bets/60% of dollars.
SECOND UPDATE: As of 3 p.m. ET Friday, nine days from kickoff, the Seahawks are 4.5-point favorites at theScore Bet. That's after theScore was among those with the lowest opening number, at Seattle -3.5, then quickly climbed to -5, before settling at -4.5 late Sunday night.
Adrian Horton, senior director of North American sports trading for theScore Bet, echoed what other bookmakers have said throughout the first week of action on Super Bowl 60 odds.
"It's been heavy traffic on the Seahawks in pretty much all markets," Horton said. "Not just the spread and moneyline, but at the top of all of our touchdown scorer and player prop markets, too.
"Coming off the conference championships, bettors are clearly backing Seattle to have a big day."
Indeed, accounting for all bet types (straight/parlay etc.), the Seahawks are attracting 69% of spread tickets/74% of spread money so far. The moneyline isn't as lopsided, but still favors Seattle, at 58% of early tickets/64% of early money.
And on straight-bet ticket count, the most popular alternate spreads are all Seattle:
- Seahawks -6.5 (+125)
- Seahawks -2.5 (-190)
- Seahawks -5.5 (+105)
- Seahawks -9.5 (+185)
- Seahawks -13.5 (+290)
- Seahawks -14 (+340)
It's nearly ditto for straight-bet money, though in different order and/or at different spreads. And the Patriots make one appearance among the top six most popular plays:
- Seahawks -5.5 (+105)
- Seahawks -2.5 (-190)
- Seahawks -6.5 (+125)
- Patriots +7.5 (-195)
- Seahawks -6 (+115)
- Seahawks -9.5 (+185)
The total is down a point to 45.5 from a 46.5 opener, with 64% of early tickets on the Under, but 60% of early cash on the Over.
FIRST UPDATE: The Seahawks are 4.5-point favorites in Borgata Sports' Super Bowl odds. That's up a tick from Sunday night's Seattle -4 opener and down a tick from the brief high point of -5.
"I believe the public will be backing Seattle here. So from a game standpoint, we will probably end up needing New England," Borgata sportsbook director Tom Gable said. "But it is the Super Bowl, and we have a week and a half to go.
"So a few big wagers on New England may crush that theory of mine."
Gable noted the Super Bowl futures market worked out well at Borgata, with all liabilities already elminated.
"We are in great shape on both teams and realize a nice win in the futures book, no matter which team wins," he said.
Borgata's total is up a notch to 46 from a 45.5 opener.
OPENING ODDS UPDATE: No. 1 Seattle (16-3 SU/14-5 ATS) won a shootout with Los Angeles to advance from the NFC Championship Game. The Seahawks notched a 31-27 victory as 2.5-point home favorites.
Seattle heads to Santa Clara, Calif., on runs of 9-0 SU and 4-0 ATS.
No. 2 seed New England (17-3 SU/14-6 ATS) survived a snowy second half in Denver to take the AFC Championship Game. The Patriots hung on late for a 10-7 victory as 3.5-point road favorites.
Drake Maye & Co. are on a six-game SU win streak, though the result vs. the Broncos ended a five-game ATS run.
Moments after Seattle's win, The SuperBook opened the Seahawks as 4-point favorites in 2026 Super Bowl odds and advanced to -4.5 within minutes.
"It's a good matchup. I think the public will be on the favorite Seahawks, on the spread and on moneyline parlays," SuperBook risk manager Casey Degnon said. "The market is already starting to go up. It's all Seahawks so far."
The total is stable so far at 46.5.
