Colorado looks to be the best team in this year's Stanley Cup Playoffs, and although the Blues have won their last two home games against the Avs this will be a difficult win for St. Louis. Colorado's ML is far too expensive, so consider other markets for plus-value.

Colorado has gone OVER the goal total in three of its last four games, scoring four or more goals in four straight games. However, keep in mind that the OVER has also failed to hit in three of the last four meetings.

What's recommended isn't the goal total going OVER, but rather going OVER 1.5 goals in the first period. St. Louis knows it needs to score earlier to stand a chance against the high-octane offense in Denver, so expect two goals early in this one. Also, OVER 1.5 first period goals has hit in seven of the last eight meetings between both teams.
