Arsenal vs PSG Preview

Arsenal might have lost the Premier League title race, but their Champions League aspirations are still very much alive. PSG, on the other hand, showed they're vulnerable against Aston Villa, plus have had domestic troubles. Now is the perfect time for Arsenal to be playing the French champions.

Arsenal's last round of Champions League action will go down in Emirates folklore, as they trounced champions Real Madrid to progress. After that performance, even their biggest haters had to admit their Champions League pedigree. PSG, on the other hand, scraped through against Villa, nearly capitulating in the second leg.

The Gunners have several players injured for the tie, namely Kai Havertz, Gabriel Jesus, Takehiro Tomiyasu, and Riccardo Calafiori. Thomas Partey is suspended. PSG will have their entire squad available.

Prediction

PSG are showing weakness at the back, and their star man, Ousmane Dembele, is currently failing to fire. Arsenal, on the other hand, will be buoyed after their heroics against Real Madrid, and fans will expect to see a win at the Emirates.
