So bookmakers got right to it with 2025-26 English Premier League odds. Liverpool is the favorite, but not by much, with Manchester City and Arsenal close behind.

Liverpool Leads
Liverpool hasn't formally lifted the 2024-25 Premier League trophy. The club won't get to do that until after its May 25 season finale.
From there, Liverpool is favored to do it again in 2025-26 Premier League odds at BetMGM. Liverpool is +200, with Man City and Arsenal immediately behind at +225 and +250, respectively.
Then there's a notable drop-off to No. 4 choice Newcastle United, at +1200, followed by Chelsea at +2000. No other team is shorter than +3300.
