Both the Chiefs and Buccaneers enter the Week 4 matchup at 2-1 fresh off their first losses of the season.

Kansas City lost in Indianapolis despite outgaining the Colts by 1.4 yards per play, and Tampa Bay couldn’t climb out of a 14-3 first-half hole in a 14-12 defeat against the Packers.

The line opened favoring Kansas City by 2.5 points, but Bucs-backing money has shifted the line down to a pick’em leading into the weekend.

The total sits at 45.5, well below where Patrick Mahomes-Tom Brady matchups have set in years past. For reference, the capacity for the team's Super Bowl LV matchup closed at a sky-high 56.5.

The Buccaneers’ stalwart defense has allowed a league-low nine points per game through three weeks and ranks fourth in both yards allowed per play and per game.

On the other side of the ball, quarterback Tom Brady will get a boost from the return of the majority of his wide receiver corps.

After missing week three, Mike Evans, Julio Jones, and Russell Gage are all expected to suit up against Kansas City. Chris Godwin could also make a return to the lineup.

As a result, Brady’s passing yards prop has ticked up to a healthy 273.5 yards, shaded towards the over at -120.

After two dominant performances, the Chiefs offense hit a roadblock in their week three loss. Kansas City went just 3-for-10 on third downs and 2-for-4 converting red zone trips into touchdowns on its way to 17 points.

Mahomes hasn’t missed a beat after losing top receiver Tyreek Hill in the offseason. The former MVP has recorded an 8:1 touchdown:interception ratio and a 75.8 quarterback rating, ranking top four in the league.

Mahomes’ passing yardage prop currently sits at 266.5 juiced towards the over at -120.

Tight end Travis Kelce has remained an integral piece to the offense and leads the team with 17 receptions, 230 yards, and two scores. Offseason acquisition Juju Smith-Schuster has stepped into the top receiver role thus far, collecting 14 catches for 178 yards.

Kelce and Smith-Schuster’s receiving yardage props sit at 67.5 and 53.5 yards, respectively.

The Chiefs defense has upped its game, allowing 21.7 points per game to back the explosive offense. The unit has been particularly stiff against opposing rushing attacks, ranking fifth in the league with 3.6 yards allowed per attempt.

That could prove pivotal against a Buccaneers team that has leaned on veteran running back Leonard Fournette in the early going. Fournette ranks fourth in the NFL in attempts with 57 and 10th in yards with 227. His rushing yard prop is set at 66.5.

Sunday’s matchup will be the sixth between a pair of future Hall of Fame quarterbacks in Brady and Mahomes. The 45-year-old Brady currently leads the series with a 3-2 record.

Mike Tirico, Cris Collinsworth and Melissa Stark will be on the call for the game, which is set to kickoff at 8:20 p.m. EST.
