BETTING LAWS IN IOWA
IA online sports betting has many regulations set by the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission. The Commission prohibits proposition wagers for the NFL draft and in-state collegiate athletes.
Individual athlete and prop wagers are not allowed unless pre-approved by the Gaming Commission. The Commission has a list of approved sports wagers for learning more about Iowa sports betting.

The books and records that operators keep on races and sporting events are public records, according to Chapter 99E of the Iowa Code. Operators are also required to file an annual audit of their expenses and earnings and select a certified public accountant (CPA) in the state of IA, of which the Gaming Commission approves.
