The survey is a part of our commercial research about gambling products and providers of gambling services. We would like to get more information about our customers’ opinions regarding gambling products and online gambling service providers. The answers we get via this survey shall be used to gain a deeper understanding of the NJ betting population and in order to ultimately decide the winner of The US Bookmakers Award 2022. Thus, this survey relates to your preferences toward gambling-related products. Therefore, we have to be sure that you meet requirements related to the threshold age for gambling in New Jersey (21 years). The information about the age group you belong to is necessary to be processed in order to create a relevant representative sample for the research.

Your email address will be used for contacting you in case of winning, and your name and surname for publishing who the winner is (more about it in Terms of Participation). Please, be aware that we have to announce who the winner is pursuant to transparency obligation regulated by relevant national legislations.

In case you choose to enter this survey via Method #2, we will process the information about your name and surname, email address, mailing address and phone number. All your answers that reveal your personal preferences about gambling activities will be aggregated and separated from your email address.
