VCU vs Saint Louis

Saint Louis got off to a horrible start in Atlantic 10 play at 1-7 as the lone win came against Saint Joseph's in which the Billikens erased a 20-point deficit.

However, the Billikens have played better of late, which included a two-point loss to Fordham, a blowout win over La Salle, and a one-point defeat in the rematch against St. Joe's.

VCU defeated Saint Louis earlier this season at home, 85-61 as the Rams have won eight of nine games since an 0-2 start in A-10 play.

However, the Rams could be a in a letdown spot after holding off A-10 favorite Dayton, 49-47 last Friday.

Let's grab the points with the Billikens at home here.

Pick: Saint Louis +4.5 (-110)

Ohio vs Toledo

Toledo Rockets -5.5 (-118)

Toledo is a team with a real home court advantage. When coming off a road game, the Rockets have won 13 straight home games and 31 of the last 33.

Ohio is getting the points in this game but have not taken advantage of these situations. Ohio is 1-6 ATS since December 2022 as a dog of more than 4 points.

And it comes in a high total game of 159.5. Ohio is 1-7 ATS since November 24 when the total is at least 151.

Toledo is coming off a wild 109-104 double overtime loss against Appalachian State. But they have plenty of rest after that battle testing game. Teams with rest coming off a game that went at least 2 overtimes are 139-112 ATS.

Toledo shot 40-of-81 in the loss. Teams that shot at least 48% on at least 77 shots last game are 220-177 ATS.

Toledo lost despite 14 steals in that game. Teams coming off a loss where they had 14+ steals are 145-127 ATS.

Ohio is coming off a 100-87 loss at Arkansas State. They lost big despite shooting 13-of-28 on threes in that game. Teams coming off a 5+ point loss despite shooting at least 45% on at least 27 three-point attempts are 82-111 ATS.

These teams met earlier this season at Ohio. Toledo won 86-77 as a small dog. Toledo is 7-0 ATS since 2021 facing a team they defeated as a dog last meeting.
